Can you issue a statement of delivery?
A delivery note will be sent by email after shipping is completed. We do not issue invoices.

Regarding returns and exchanges <br>Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. We only accept exchanges for non-defective items such as apparel products, shoes, rings, etc. if the item is the wrong size. If there is a problem with the delivered product, please contact us within one week of delivery. We will respond with a return or exchange.

Is there a warranty on the product?
There is no warranty period for products other than watches. For watches, the period is one year from the date of delivery. Only internal defects, excluding dead batteries, are covered.

When will the product be shipped?
If payment is made by 16:00, we will ship the next day at the earliest. If it is after 16:00, it will be shipped the next business day. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Can I specify the delivery date?
Is possible. You can specify the delivery date on the order page.

What payment methods do you accept?
Only credit card payments are accepted.

Is wrapping possible?
Wrapping is not available.
