1. Returns and Exchanges
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer personal reasons, such as a "change of mind".
If the exact same product is out of stock for an exchange, we will issue a full refund following the procedure below.
2. Return Procedure for Defective/Wrong Items
- Notification: You must contact our customer service center at info@break-through.me with a detailed explanation and photo evidence of the damage/defect within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Approval: Any return must first be approved by our staff. We will provide you with the return instructions. Once approved, please ship the item back to us within 14 days.
- Return Shipping: For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please pack the item securely using the enclosed packing slip and return form.
3. Refund Process & Restocking Fee
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for the return of defective or incorrect items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Except in the case of defective or wrong items, please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any opened, unsealed, or used products
Warranty and Repair
1. General Warranty Limitation
Since all products we sell at break-through.me are sourced in Japan, we do not accept repair requests based on Japanese domestic manufacturer warranties. Even if a Japanese warranty certificate is included in the package, it is strictly valid only within Japan and cannot be used overseas. Only specific products that come with a "Worldwide Warranty Card" can be serviced in your local country. In such cases, please contact your local manufacturer's service center directly.
2. Send Back Warranty
For products without a Worldwide Warranty, the warranty is considered a "Send Back Warranty". This means that if a product fails during its warranty period, it must be sent back to the manufacturer in Japan for replacement or repair.
Important Note: When utilizing the "Send Back Warranty", the buyer is fully responsible for paying all shipping costs to and from Japan. Please be aware that this international warranty process usually takes two to three months to complete.
