(doing business as "Break Through"), including https://www.break-through.me (the "Site"). All prices displayed are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY), unless otherwise specified.

If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused for a refund.

3-2. Product Prices

Prices displayed may include a suggested retail price and a sale price. If an incorrect price is displayed:

  • If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before shipment to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

This policy applies only to products sold directly by Break Through.

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. Refund timing depends on workload and payment method. No interest shall be paid on refund amounts.

8. Ownership Transfer & Risk of Loss

Ownership transfers to the customer when products are handed to the delivery carrier.

Break Through is not responsible for carrier negligence once shipment is handed over.

9. Disclaimer

The Site and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available".

Break Through disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Break Through shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
