Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we can deliver your order from Japan to your doorstep as quickly as possible, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Cancellation Conditions

You can make changes to or cancel your order without any charge ONLY if your order status is "PENDING".

  • PENDING: We have accepted your order, but it has not yet been packed or shipped. Cancellations are fully accepted at this stage.
  • PROCESSING: The item has already entered the packing and shipping phase. Please be notified that once the status changes to Processing, cancellations or changes can no longer be accepted.

How to Cancel Your Order

If your order is still in the "PENDING" status and you wish to cancel, please immediately contact our customer service team at info@break-through.me with your Order Number and cancellation request.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully processed before the order enters the "PROCESSING" stage, a full refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal). Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
